Types of Delivery

 
At  Refresh 24 we activley strive to be as enviromentally friendly as
possible not just in the packing methods we employ but by using the
best systems of delivery for the products you have selected.
 
Refresh 24 aim to keep it local and when possible use its own fleet of smaller, low
emission delivery vehicles, we do also operate with the national courier D.H.L for areas
where we do not yet have a local Refresh 24 delivery operation
 
So ordering with Refresh 24 delivers a better brew for a better world.

D.H.L

 
This will be delivered by a D.H.L delivery man and will require a
signature, if there is no one to accept the delivery,D.H.L will re attempt the delivery the next day, if this isnt successful then a card will be left and the item will be taken to your local D.H.L depot for re- delivery.
Price for this delivery is £5.99 on orders below £60.00 and Free delivery on all orders above.
 

Other Courier (pallet deliveries)

This is for all large items or bulk orders that require a pallet delivery. Once the order is complete we will contact you to arrange delivery. Please note that the times of operation are Monday Friday 9 - 5.30pm. Specific delivery times are only available with a further charge, we will advise this cost when booking the delivery.

When your item is delivered there must be someone present at the address who can accept the delivery. Please note that this is classed as a Kerb side delivery service in
which the person accepting the delivery must be able to assist if it is an extra large item. The courier is not insured to take items into customers houses. Free delivery on all
orders over £60.00,a charge of £5.99 for orders below.

The only time any extra cost will be charged is if there is no one at the address on the agreed date of delivery in which a £55 re-delivery fee will be incurred. If you require a specified delivery time i.e., before 10am or 2pm there will be a further charge of £55
 

Receiving and Signing for your goods

All Items Must Be Checked Whilst the Driver is at the Premises

Please inspect goods on arrival, look for obvious damages and report to driver. If the goods are not in a satisfactory condition mark the paperwork as damaged and dont accept the delivery please report this to us ASAP by e mail or telephone.

Once you have received your goods please check them over immediately and report any other issues to us within 48 hours.

Delivery Costs

The delivery cost prices stated on the advert is for UK Mainland only. If you require a delivery to Ireland or any where else that is not mainland UK please email to prior to purchase for any further charges. Unfortunately we do not deliver abroad to France, Spain etc. All prices quoted in the advert include VAT were applicable This is the Total price for Delivery.

Collections

 
We activley encourage collections should you have the ability for self collection then Refreah 24 will offer this option without any financial penalty - order online, email or telephone and we will have your order ready for collection on a mutually agreed day and time.

Cancellations

If you are not totally satisfied with your goods you have the right to cancel your order. To exercise this right of cancellation you must give written notice of this via fax, email or letter. It is important that you are aware that carriage charges are non-refundable except in the case of faulty or damaged goods. Please note that the return of non faulty goods will incur a restocking fee of 20% in order to re package the goods into their original condition, and also the cost of the redelivery back to us.

Distance Selling Regulations

As a mail order customer you have the right to cancel any item within 7 days of delivery provided it is in new and unused condition with original packaging and receipt. Items used or opened will be deemed to have been accepted by you and therefore cannot be returned unless faulty. To cancel an item please e-mail us as advised above. Items must be received by us within 7 days of cancellation and you will receive a full refund to your credit card upon inspection of the goods. We will not refund your postage costs unless the item is faulty or there is an error in the delivery. Likewise, the item is to be returned at the customers cost.
